"30"
I'v started with some exercising here in the states, just because i'm in the states haha. and now when xc(cross country) is over, well then i have to do at least something! so here u have my "30" list:
Situps
- 30 regular
- 30 left
- 30 right
- 30 put your legs up and down (up to the roof)
- 30 sec put your legs 30 cm up in the air and hold out
But-lifts
- 30 peeing "dog peeing" left leg
- 30 "dog peeing" right leg
- 30 stand on your four, push your left leg back and then back to your stomach again
- 30 stand on your four, push your right leg back and then back to your stomach again
- 30 lay on your left side, and pretend that your legs is a pair of scissors
- 30 lay on your right side, and pretend that your legs is a pair of scissors
