"30"

I'v started with some exercising here in the states, just because i'm in the states haha. and now when xc(cross country) is over, well then i have to do at least something! so here u have my "30" list:
Situps
  • 30 regular
  • 30 left
  • 30 right
  • 30 put your legs up and down (up to the roof)
  • 30 sec put your legs 30 cm up in the air and hold out
But-lifts
  • 30 peeing "dog peeing" left leg
  • 30 "dog peeing" right leg
  • 30 stand on your four, push your left leg back and then back to your stomach again
  • 30 stand on your four, push your right leg back and then back to your stomach again
  • 30 lay on your left side, and pretend that your legs is a pair of scissors
  • 30 lay on your right side, and pretend that your legs is a pair of scissors
